WI: The Plan of San Diego succeeded?

stevep, good point as to the questionable legitimacy of this plan.


OTL Pancho Villa managed to commit a small massacre or two and the result was an American expedition roaming at will through northern Mexico while no one in Mexico, including the revolutionaries who supposedly wanted a crisis, did anything to stop them.

How confident are we this plan actually existed? It sounds more like some sort of 'Protocol of the Elder's of Zion' propaganda than anything I would have thought even the most hardline Mexican extremist would have thought possible. Not to mention if their going for race war and genocidal attacks, how are they going to win over some of the whites as suggested.

And I find it amusing that you think the 1910s were not that racist, when you thought that 2070s America would be racist enough to purge the Mexicans. :rolleyes:
