What if the Ottomans made an early peace with the Entente in 1915 and/or 1916? What effects would this have on World War 1 and the members of either the Entente or CP left in WW1?
What would've happened if the Ottomans attempted to make peace overtures? What would the Entente demand of Istanbul? The Entente didn't want to make peace with the Ottomans. They wanted to destroy them. Was that a counter productive attitude to have? Maybe. The middle eastern front is one of the examples of WW1 being Imperialists vs other Imperialists.
As I said the Allies didn't want peace. Any peace attempts by the Ottomans would have been rebuffed. If the Allies had prioritized forcing a separate peace, I think they could have accomplished that goal fairly quickly, and the Ottomans could have left the war and the Straits would have been open for Russian exports. You are looking at a very different WW1 in that case. What would've happened if the Ottomans attempted to make peace overtures? What would the Entente demand of Istanbul?

But in OTL they had decided fairly early on that they wanted to wipe the Ottomans off the face of the map. So the Allies were just making life more difficult for themselves by trying to be Imperialists.
Could it butterfly away the Russian Revolutions? Or at least, the October Revolution?I think opening the Black Sea route to the Russian Empire would by itself be quite important
