WI: The Neatherlands Recieve the Rhineland 1814-1815?

Well, my thought was a Prusso-Fremch alliance, Bavaria style, which sort of obviates the question of how they beat Napoleon.:p
I dunno how sustainable that would be. Napoleon is not likely to tolerate a Prussia with its 1806 borders stretching Westphalia to the Neman, Bavaria they are not. It'd turn sour and Prussia would have to have some sort of victory or end up like OTL.

Well, the important thing is that they own a good chunk of Germany and Poland already and are distrusted by the English. Austria, in this scenario, might well get partitioned as well say with an independent Bohemia and Hungary taking the place of the Polish Grand Duchy. Whether they win or lose the fallout (I'm assuming they can defect and keep at least Partiton borders plus Westphalia) they won't get the Rhineland.

It's pretty easy to see Prussia returning Hanover in exchange for the Rhineland in such a scenario. Though it'd be a quite different history as without a subdued Prussia Napoleon probably never launches a Russian campaign.
