WI Mexico, Cuba & America become embroiled in a conflict that sees American forces snap and finally take Cuba whilst Mexican forces engage in firefights with the US.


Basically escalating into a North & Central America Versus a Central/South America alliance?

What would be the cause?

There are some obstacles.

1) There's no particular political alliance between Cuba and Mexico. Certainly not enough alliance to warrant more than a mild diplomatic note at the Un.

2) There's no military alliance between Cuba and Mexico whatsoever.

3) There's no significant military alliances and only passing political alliances between Latin American states.

4) Mexico has no capacity whatsoever to engage the United States militarily.
