WI: The Great Depression delayed to 1933

How would the world be affected if the Great Depression were to be somehow delayed for another 5 or so years. Would the Nazis still be able to gain power in Germany or would repeated election failures like the one in 1928 cause the party to begin splintering and look for opportunities in other parties like the DNVP.

Also how might this affect the 1936 Presidential Election, who would be the contenders for both the Republicans and Democrats. Would a WW2 still break out? Or what about Japan's expansionism into Manchuria in 1931 and other Chinese adventures without the global economy dropping for a while.

I think FDR might still be nominated and possibly defeat Hoover, not because of the economy but because of Prohibition and Hoover's ineffectual governance. (Even before the 1929 crash, Hoover had a poor working relationship with Congress and this made it difficult to pass important legislation).

As for 1936, if FDR can blame the depression on the GOP and show the same kind of leadership he displayed in OTL, he could be re-elected. Albiet more narrowly.
