Ok, so the matter I’m intrigued to hear you opinion on, is what if Nazi Germany fought the Western Allies with the same degree of intensity and viciousness right to the end of the war. Up to and including letting Allied POWs starve or be used as slave labour. Like their Soviet counterparts and fighting to the last man in many battles or being much more stubborn when it comes to surrendering.
What effects would this have on Anglo-American treatment of German both during & after the war, and how would it effect for example relations with the U.S.S.R too?
They’re plenty of PODs for this if nothing else batshit insanity and viciousness were the Nazi regime’s main characteristics. So maybe Hitler is driven into a frenzy when the fist RAF bombs fall on Berlin, and orders the Westren POWs to be punished for their nation's ''crimes''. Or something along those lines.
