WI:The Enigma of World War II

What if (for some reason) The French and British do not recieve Intel on the Enigma code from Poland before it is invaded?

I mean, circumstances like HT's 'Hitler's War' where Poland sides with Germany, are an example, but are there any other plausible scenarios for the lack of intel?

The Poles try to demand things in return that the Allies aren't willing to give--maybe a couple of hundred modern fighter planes?

The Poles were actually to recieve on the eve of war 10! Hurricanes and 160 Morane Saulnier 405! Don't know if it were an exchange over Ultra...! :D

I knew about the Morane Saulniers. They were actually 406s. The 405 was a prototype. I had heard 14 as the number of Hurricanes ordered, but that's from very old and possibly fallible memory. None of the MS406s ordered by Poland actually made it there, partly because the French were running behind on production due to engine shortages and only had a little over half the planes their airforce needed at the beginning of the war.

Right - MS 406.

The big book of Hurricanes state ten - one enroute at the outbreak of war that probably didn't arrive and nine more to follow.
