The Conference for Progressive Political Action was an umbrella organization that briefly sought cooperation between various leftist parties in the United States. During the Second Conference the delegates of the Farmer-Labor party proposed the creation of an independent political party. The vote failed with a vote of 52 to 64. But what if the vote had went the other way?
Looking into it I could only find one timeline with anything concerning the CPPA and that was called "The Rise of the American Left" but it died relatively soon.
