I personally dislike- & am opposed to-gov-
ernment secrecy. Yet in the case of the Con-
stitutional Convention of 1787, I am com-
pelled to admit it was necessary. I just can’t
see, even imagine, how said Convention
could have come up with a workable instru-
ment of government if it’s proceedings had
been open to the public. But as always- what do the rest of you think?
