WI The Bohemian Compromise of 1871 had been accepted?

As it says on the tin.

According to wiki, the failure of Franz Josef to accept this compromise (also referred to as the Fundamental Articles of 1871) brought the whole of Austria-Hungary in under the influence of a far stronger German Empire. The failure of this Compromise also resulted in the fall of the Hohenwart Cabinet, and Comte Andrassy replaced Beust as Foreign Minister in what was seen as a coup for the Hungarians (who, like the Germans, were staunchly opposed to the idea).

Well....provided it was accepted, because German and Magyar resistance to it was quite strong, it would lead to a devolution of power along national lines in both Austria and Hungary and the rise of crown lands such as Szekerland and Sudetenland amid one (sometimes violent) political crisis after another. By the end of it the state would be an economic union incapable of military action and largely propped up and dominated by Germany.
