It's Bakker Schut actually afaik instead of bakker-schutt.
With a '-' between them it would actually mean that mr Bakker married mrs Schut. It's also with only a single t instead of a double t.
However you're not the only one misspelling the poor guy's name:

Now with the spelling gestapo out of the way, I'd assume that by the '60s the Netherlands would have given back that territory, just like they did with the other pieces of real estate gained.
