Wi the Americans install Chalabi as Iraqi PM in 2003

What if in the Autumn of 2003 Paul Bremer declared Ahmed Chalabi acting prime minister of Iraq until elections could be held? What impact would this have on the subsequent Iraqi insurgency? I was wondering as the Bush administration basically had a crush on the dude and expected him to be the leader of the country in their invasion scenario, yet I haven’t seen any threads about this particular topic.
