WI: Sweyn Estridsson conquers Norway?

What if, anytime between the death of Magnus the Good in 1047 and sometime after the Battle of Hastings, Sweyn II Estridsson, King of Denmark, decided to try and conquer Norway? I'm not sure if he had any claim to it, like he did with England, but when Magnus died IOTL, Harald Hadradra tried to conquer Denmark from Sweyn. And if Sweyn succeeded, what would the most likely outcome be?

Any thoughts?

Most likely, an eventual rebellion restoring Norway to independence, given the regional interests of the Scandinavian kingdoms. But if Denmark does hold onto the area, then in the recent memory of Canute's conquests, we might see another North Sea Empire emerge. I think it would probably be easier to justify the consolidation of a "Second North Sea Empire" than the first one ruled by Canute, and Sweyn II Estridsson did rule for quite a long time, meaning years to solidify his rule. However, King Sweyn's number of sons would mean inevitable succession crisis.

And now I wonder why he was named after his mother. We know his father was Ulf Thorgilsson, so why?
The main part of his royal claim and prestige came from Knut the Great, his maternal uncle.

Other than that, I agree with @SeaCambrian : you're likely to see another association of kingships (maybe up to another North Sea Empire) that would disappear as usual, as each nobility will want to assert its autonomy especially against a likely increased requirement of personal/wealth service.
As for the claim, @ByzantineLover , that's not a problem : claim to kingship was made relatively easy in Scandinavia as once two different kingship were associated, it gave ground for one of the succeeding kings (even if not kin-related) to claim the formerly associated other.
