WI: Successful Napoleonic invasion of Russia

Instead of constantly retreating, the Russian armies face off against Napoleon and are anhialiated. Moscow is captured before it is burned and Russia surrenders. What sort of treaty would Napoleon engineer and what would be the future from that point?

If you want Napoleon to win his russian campaign, you need him NOT to go to Moscow. Moscow was a strategic nonsense. Why not Irkoutsk of Vladivostok ?

The right strategic goal of the campaign was rolling Russia back to its pre-1772 borders. This was the initial goal of the campaign to which Napoleon should have stuck.
