So, suppose that Marcus Antonius (anglicized as Mark Antony) is successful in defeating Octavian, be it at the Battle of Actium or an alternate major battle between both. MA ends up in charge of Rome.
What title will he assume? Imperator, like Octavian? Dictator Pro Vita? Pontifex Maximus, if his religiosity is proeminent? Can he estabilish a dynasty of autocrats?
How will he structure Rome's system of client states? I suppose that he'd give Egypt to his favorite daughter, Cleopatra Selene, and some other kingdom to his favorite son, Alexander Helios.
How will he deal with Britain, the germans, and Parthia? What further conquests will he plan?

You don't have to have him triumph as late as Actium; for example, he and Octavian nearly came to blows not long after Phillipi, but their men refused to fight, so they put their differences aside instead and solidified the Second Triumvirate. I've asked before how that might have gone differently...

Have him kick Parthia's butt and Octavian's OTL attempts to keep him from raising funds and attracting allies in Rome is futile. Octavian mentioned at no less than three times at Actium the enemy had his left flank on the ropes and they were one ship or something really close to forcing him to retreat with many losses. If Mark Antony is Crassus's avenger, his reputation as a lovestuck stooge of Cleopatra is gone and his standing among the Romans is sufficient that either he wins at TTL Actium, or somewhere else.

Speaking of Parthia,
I hear that Mark had an ally in Media Atropatene, a parthian vassal state situated in the region around lake Urmia (modern Iranian Azerbaijan).

If he had won, could he end up supporting the medians in their bid for control over Persia?
