Any one argue that trotsky or stalin or both could actually have an effect?

And who knows, maybe a small Euro-trip together would help Trotsky and Stalin get to know each other better :rolleyes:

I think that Trotsky could try and sell a "dillueted" version of Communism down to Germany, or even better, having Trotsky as the "socialist" side of the Nazi party?

Stalin in Germany would be to much of a big fish with Hitler playing with him as well.

We're talking about 1919. There was no "Nazi" party at the time, unless you mean Drexler's tiny "German Workers Party" which Hitler joined in September of that year (becoming the 55th member...)
