WI: Special order 191 was not lost, but the confederate army still lost?

I've always wondered what would have happened if the lost order had been found, but it would still lead to a union victory? maybe if someone else was in command of the Arrmy of the Potomac, or they caught up with Lee before Jackson's men were able to catch up. maybe even cut Lee's line of retreat off. what do you think? I would like to hear your ideas.

The war would still proceed more or less as IOTL, unless butterflies create sufficient changes. But history's perception of McClellan might be slightly better, since he wouldn't be damned as the idiot who was literally handed a copy of his enemy's plans and locations and yet still moved too slowly to get him. By the same token, Lee might lose a little of his historic luster, since his ability to rapidly recover from the danger the lost orders placed him has won him admiration from many historians.

Not to mention it'd make a great DBWI within the Turtledove universe.....:D
