WI Spain stayed out of the war, which it only joined in its last year?

I've seen some conflicting information on its entry, on the one hand,
one source described their "decision" to enter the war, another said
Britain declared war on Spain.

I don't know how inevitable British gunning for Spain was at this
time, or if it was heartily provoked.

In any case, the Spanish don't suffer the naval losses and defeats at
Havana and Manila, and are not compelled to cede Florida to Britain at
this time, and Florida had a different shape then, with sort of a big
triangle extending northward from the panhandle.

Since its not a belligerent, its more of a spectator at the peace
conference.

So what happens to Louisiana west of the Mississippi. Does it become
British, is it left to France (being so distant from other British
possessions now buffered by Canada and the Ohio country), or is Spain
handed it anyway, as a way to deprive France of it while "keeping it
in the family"?

What's the long-term effect on Franco-Spanish intra-Bourbon relations
after Spain has just let France get pummelled?
