From what I read, Luzon is technically a Portuguese discovery occupied by Spain since the Portuguese already encountered the Lucoes before the Spanish did..not just the Tordesillas treaty.
If the Malong revolt dragged during the Portuguese war of Independence and spreads much further in Luzon could Luzon be ceded to Portugal in the Treaty Lisbon and if it happens how would this effect the Spanish in the long term and how would it effect the Portuguese presence in South East Asia, in this case could we see also a swap of rights of Luzon and the Spice Islands since the Spanish are gunning for the Spice Islands.
