WI: Soviets prepared

It would have been more a bloodbath for the Nazis (they'd be going through roughly six million professionals instead of two million soldiers of varying quality), and the Soviets would have lost less people and supplies, arguably coming out stronger because of that fact. A Cold War would have been more tense in some ways with a stronger Soviet Union.
Let's say with knowledge or without it, RAoWP (RKKA) was unprepared for the war. Obsolete doctrines both strategic and tactical, lack of really professional noncoms and regimental, division commanders who were completely doctrinally unprepared for the defensive war. RKKA had some really good weapons but even those often were handicapped by the bad quality or low-quality materials used. That all, taken together, by no means prevents the ruining of any Red Army force put on the way of Germans. Red Army needed almost 3 years of hard-won experience to raise its own professional non-coms and talented generals who needed those years to learn how to fight - even such geniuses like Vatutin, Rokossovsky, Konev, Zhukov and Chernyakhovsky.

It depends :

Prepared AND with modern tactics ... a complete blood bath and the Germans loose faster than OTL ...

Prepared BUT the same tactics ... well Its possible that they even loose more men at first ...
