WI: Scipio (Africanus) dies before 205BCE

My question: How would the Second Punic War turn out, as well as Roman history in general, if Publius Cornelius Scipio Africanus died before his famous counter-offensives or the Battle of Zama in 202BCE? He did survive many battles where Hannibal defeated Rome over and over again while the Carthaginian advanced into Italy. What if he died during one of these earlier battles, such as Cannae or Ticinus, or even during his campaign in Hispania (Spain)?
