WI Schneider Trophy Races were revived post World War 2?

What if the Schneider Trophy Races were revived after World War 2?
Would they still be limited to seaplanes?
Would they be limited to propeller-driven airplanes?
Would they add a jet class?
Would they add a helicopter class?
Would they increase ranges?
Would they add time-to-climb events?
Would they add payload-to-altitude events?
Would revived Schneider Trophy Racez allow the Warsaw Pact and NATO to compete without harming third world nations?
