WI: Saxony-Prussia

So the last Grand Master of the Teutonic Order prior to Albrecht of Brandenburg-Ansbach was Friedrich of Saxony.
Let's say he doesn't die in 1510 and rather live until the 1540's. He does the same as Albrecht and secularize the Order and creaty the treaty of Krakau.

So what happens when he dies (childless lie OTL)? His brother Heinrich would probably inherit Prussia. But after that?
Heinrich had three sons so the Wettins might split up their lands again. Or would they create a united Saxony-Prussia? Could this be as powerfull as OTL? Would this change House Wettins behaviour?

Bit hard to find good maps for this general time. I would say they likely split, though for reasons of being able to control and administer their lands. Maybe not. And not having Brandenburg as part of Prussia means they are going be... Well, far apart. The best hopes is that they manage to get elected as King of Poland sometime, and then keep it going for a few generations. Could be interesting to see Brandenurg, Prussia, and Saxony naturally flowing towards Poland, though Silesia might still be a problem.
