WI: Sarajevo assassination scenario in reverse?

Something that may not exactly be plausible but popped into my head...

What if it had been Austrian nationalists (or members of the military) who had assassinated a Serbian royal (Peter I, Alexander I?) in the 1910's?

Same situation as OTL's WWI? It's not a totally cohesive idea in my mind yet, but I was just wondering what you guys thought...

Let the stoning begin!

Save for the part about Austrian agents directly performing the assassination, this seems not implausible. IIRC, the nationalist Karadordevic (sp?) family occupied the Serbian throne during the teens, but as late as 1903 it was controlled by the Obrenovics, who were somewhat more amenable to Austro-Hungarian interests. However, I suspect the bulk of the Karadordevic family would have to be killed (well sufficient that there is no clear heir) to reinstate the Obrenovics.
