WI: Saddam uses WMDs in Iraq War

Inspired by a DWBI thread, what if, when the US launched the invasion of Iraq in 2003, Saddam had used all the WMDs he was supposed to have had?

Now, I doubt they would have been all that effective against the Coalition troops, who no doubt were prepared for chemical or biological weapons. But what if he'd gone after soft targets? I can think of three targets:

1. Kurdistan. The Kurds rose in support of the US invasion. Unlike the US troops, they would have been vulnerable to chemical weapons, especially if Saddam went all out. The Kurds would probably have failed to rise, leaving northern Iraq in local hands (or at least requiring a second prong from the north).

2. Israel. Saddam fired conventional Scuds at Israel in the Gulf War, despite no Israeli involvement. If he used chemical weapons against Israel, that would absolutely bring the Israelis in. I would not rule out Israeli nuclear strikes against the launch facilities, although the US would try to restrain Israel (and probably succeed).

3. The Gulf States. This would be more tactical, hitting the ports that were bringing in US troops and materiel. It's also the one thing that could seriously impair the invasion. That said, I doubt it could stop it.

A US victory would be inevitable. But the aftermath of an Iraq war that featured weapons of mass destruction would be quite different. The US invasion would likely be viewed as justified. If Kurdistan had been hit, they might have pushed for independence immediately afterwards. Beyond that, I'm not sure.
