What if Theodore Roosevelt did not suffer the health issues he had in the last few years in his life either through his son living through World War I, or the lack of his final River of Doubt expedition. The famous reconciliation between Roosevelt and Taft in Chicago in 1918 always left me wondering what possibilities could have occurred if Roosevelt lived until 1920.
So, my question is multi-layered. What is the likelihood of Roosevelt running in 1920, the likelihood of Taft becoming his running mate, and what the election would look like if the Roosevelt/Taft ticket ran in the general race, and what their administration might look like in the event of a victory.
