WI: Romanos II lives longer

Well the Empire did pretty well after his death in OTL, unlike his son he wasn't a particularly competent commander and his main talent seems to have been appointing competent people to run the Empire for him while he had fun. So probably not much different from OTL. Maybe without the instability of the Regency the borders are pushed a bit further out and who knows what butterflies could lead to but a Romanos II led Byzantine Empire wouldn't be much better governed than OTL.
