Several times, the President Abraham Lincoln's eldest son was considered as a presidential candidate, but the prodigal son never really found himself in elected politics, not pursuing anything major, and only taking the office of Secretary of War. He certainly had the chops to run for the Governorship of Illinois or a Senate seat, running a successful law practice, founding a law school, and even marrying a Senator's daughter.

Let's say RTL finds a desire for the White House, or a Illinois congressional seat, or the Governorship, and runs. When does he enter the fray? Does he succeed? What would a RTL Presidency look like?
