WI:Richeza of Poland becomes Queen Regnant of Poland and marries Wenceslaus III

Is it possible for Richeza of Poland or Elisabeth Richeza of Poland, the daughter of Przemysl II of Poland to be the Queen Regnant of Poland and marry Wenceslaus III of Bohemia who at that time is still a Prince, so he would be a King consort or Prince consort before he becomes the King of Bohemia, I read that the age difference between them is just like that between Bonne of Bohemia and John II of France, is such a marriage possible and is it possible for Richeza of Poland to be the Queen regnant of Poland just like Jadwiga did in OTL.

I think it's too early for her to rule. Even Jadwiga had to rule as King rather than Queen Regnant.
As OTL any husband of Richeza is sgoing to attempt to be crowned King against the Kujavians

I think that is possible for Elisabeth Richeza to rule as a King as well if Jadwiga did...but what she needed was the support of Lesser Polish nobility just like Jadwiga and her possible Fiance defended Poland against the Teutons.

Przemysł II named Władysław the Elbow-High his official successor (it is possible the pact worked both ways), so Elizabeth would have had to fight Władysław for throne, not to mention convince the nobles of the Greater Poland to support her. The only case she could have become regent (and even then chcances were not so good, IMHO) is if Przemysł II had had a son with Margaret of Brandenburg. And even then Margaret would have had better chances of becoming queen-regent, although I admit that Brandeburgians were hardly popular among Poles. But in 1296 (the year of Przemysł's death) Elizabeth was 8 years old.
