Richard Nixon died in 1994, and had before that begun to rebuild his image as a dignitary and diplomat of the United States and in the years leading up to his death appeared frequently on news channels and other mediums to discuss foreign policy and other events.

He also notably was a very important voice and adviser to Bill Clinton in his early Presidency.

What if Nixon's stroke does not occur, or is not nearly as severe, and he lives another 6 years? what events may the man have shaped or opinions he have changed with another 6 years?

Perhaps Clinton uses Nixon's advise in this scenario to better handle some of his foreign policy decisions (Somalia, Yugoslavia, etc.)

and another interesting question... If Nixon lives until 2002 or onward, how may he have changed or influenced events in the George Bush administration?
