WI:Rene Levesque Doesn't Die in 1987?

Rene Levesque died at the age of sixty-five from a heart attack, and even though he famously said "A la prochaine fois", fallowing the failed referendum of 1980, he didn't live to see anthoer one. So, lets say he gets another ten years of life. How would the years of 1987-97 be different in Canada and Quebec if Levesque had lived just a little bit longer?

Given how much he smoked, I doubt another decade is possible. Handwaving, not that much of an impact. He probably denounces Meech (not on the merits, but because it badly damages separatism) and Charlottetown. Which puts him in an unholy alliance with Trudeau for the first time since they met in the early '50s. Plays a role in '95, but given butterflies, Bouchard might not participate and therefore the margin is closer to OTL '80 than what '95 was IOTL. One major difference is that Levesque will vehemently oppose the BQ, since the idea was first mooted when he was premier (as a de jure federal wing of the PQ) and he shot it down instantly.
