WI: Queen Victoria at 100

So Victoria along with the rest of Europe convinced the Russian government to ignore Nicholas's abdication decree barring his son from the succession and place Alexei Romanov on the throne as Alexander IV.

If Alexei gets the throne, his regnal name would be Alexei II instead of Alexander, since those are two very different names.

Unlikely as Alexander is already a carrier, so all monarchs of Russia will sadly be affected by hemophilia until it is watered down years from 1920.

Actually, unless Alexei marries a carrier, it is unlikely that his sons would also have hemophilia. Hemophiliac men pass on the gene to their daughters, not their sons.

I'd be very surprised if Kaiser Bill went to war with Britain while Victoria was alive. Just by her being alive there's a lot more cooler heads in the pre-war years. Even if there is an arms race it peters out around 1915 and things between Britain and Germany calm down after that.
