WI: Queen Barbara of Spain dies 5 years later

The question is very vague.

Barbara surviving would no doubt mean that Ferdinand's melancholia is butterflied away for a few years more. IDK if he would live longer though.
Other than that, Carlos III is still gonna be king when Ferdinand dies.
 
IMHO Barbara lasting longer won't change much. Ferdinand is still gonna rule a Spain through his able ministers. The chances of her popping out a prince of the Asturias are nil since her only recorded pregnancy in 1733. So, besides Ferdinand not getting depressed and half way to crazyville, Carlos will still be king of Spain.
