WI:Prussia-Poland-Lithunia Personal Union

What if Poland,Lithunia and Prussia had a personal union?

The POD is late renassiance

No reason for that, since in late renaissance Prussia was Polish vassal. Going few decades earlier we might see Teutonic Order/Prussia directly annexed instead of vassalised, but even then it will not be separate entity on par with Grand Duchy or the Crown. Prussia wasn`t really important, strong or influential before times of Branderburg-Prussia.

I actually want a Brandenburg-Prussia-Poland-Lithunia personal union how possible is that?

Ah, ok - it will be late 17th century then. I`m not sure why Szlachta would want to elect Hohenzollern king. After all, they were interested in acquiring Royal Prussia/Pomerelia, to connect Prussia with Brandenburg. Besides, at that period PLC was fighting Russia, and Ottomans - I`m not sure what would be benefit of such union for PLC.

Maybe if Sigismund of Brandenburg had lived enough to be elected king after the death of Sigismund II there would be a chance for a later personal union. However, the religion divide would be a problem. He would need to convert to Catholicism, and if he or his descendants eventually inherit Brandenburg - and for this the other branches of the Hohenzollerns would need to die out - then it could be not acepted among his Lutheran subjects.

Its not exactly a personal Union but the Polish crown was offered to Prince Henry, Frederick's younger brother, a couple times before or just after the first partition. IIRC Frederick interceded and blocked it, I'm not sure why exactly. So there's a precedent for a Hohenzollern.

It's actually not that hard, Prussia keeps its part of the Poland partition instead of losing it to Russia, resulting it having a more eastward instead of German focus. At some point it weakens because of nationalist strife, and forms akin to the dual monarchy with Poland on the model of Austria-Hungary.

But it is without Lithuania.
