I've seen this question asked before, but never with with quite the answers I'm looking for.
Lets say, for whatever reason- health concerns, accidental death, simply deciding not to- Eisenhower doesn't run for office. Instead, Estes Kefauver is elected and becomes president in 1956.
What I want to know is how this changes America and the world as a whole. What would be his foreign and domestic policies?
