WI: President Colonel Sanders

What if the fast food god, Colonel Harland Davis Sanders was elected president of the United States of America. In real life, he had experience as a gas station attendant, an insurance salesman, and of course, a fry cook before the dawn of World War Two. Eventually, he opened up a chain of restaurants across Utah that served Kentucky-Style fried chicken across the state. Slowly, his fast food empire grew to unimaginable heights spreading across the world. But what if...

According to the official KFC website, the infamous Colonel ran as a political candidate. Although the website doesn't specify what he was running for, we can say that he starts running before he turns 50. Even though it seems far-fetched, he could be pull off a Bill Clinton and begin an interest in politics during his teenage years. But the question is, what would his policies be like? He did support Edgar Hoover's handling of the California Riots and his parents were incredibly strict Christians that warned their children of the dangers of alcoholism and gambling. Thoughts? Opinions?

Well, he would be about seventy-four years old by then making him an older president than the Notorious Ike.

Have the election go to the House with somehow Wallace finishing second, and he could be acting POTUS (perhaps Agnew's scandals are revealed before the Senate votes).
