Just wondering, the Austrians and Russians attacked them in 1787 with no collapse as a result. There was a coalition attack in 1684 and no collapse as a result. Why would it collapse in the ATL?

The only hint I have seen about "Bismarck's Plan" was to just draw a straight line down the middle of the Balkans, from a Martin Gilbert historical atlas.
