WI: Polynesians from Rapa Nui/Easter Island colonise the Galapagos and Juan Fernandez Islands?

Rapa Nui from Easter Island succesfully settle the Galapágos Islands and the Juan Fernandez Islands, what happens? How does contact between the Native Americans of mainland South America and the Polynesians go? What happens when Europeans arrive? What are the Galapagos and Juan Fernandez Polynesians like? How will the very likely Polynesian introduction of chickens affect the Americas?

The unique wildlife of these archipelagos would quickly dissapear, like those of other islands settled by Polynesians (or anywhere humans settled really). The Galapagos tortoise would probably be among the first animals to dissapear.

The Galapagos are quite arid and would probably be sparsely populated, the Juan Fernández would be more densely populated but the lack of much land that isn't mountainous and the cooler climate for Polynesian crops would be big problems.

Sandalwood trade that may be more sustainable and provide lucrative deals with coastal Peruvian tribes.

But not much else, maybe giant clam shell, kava, but thinking beyond just buy and selling relatively useless goods I could see exchanges that would lead to playing a mercantile intermediary role that leads (eventually) into a caste of some sorts along the South and Central American coast.

Introduction of chickens would be an important boon to the South American economies. Superior cannoe building techniques spreading to the coastal peoples of Ecuador, who already performed some interamerican medium distance commerce, could bring greater exchange between South and Meso America, with things like writing coming to the South, and Bronze going to the North (combined with the concept of Obsidian weapons Mesoamericans had, this could develop into some kind of sword-making).
It could also bring an incresed level of monetization to Polynesian trading if they truly get involved in the Ecuatorian trade (The rare seashells that these tribesmen obtained through diving were accepted as currency pretty much everywhere in the Americas, so if American goods gain value in Polynesia, they could become a currency there as well).
