WI: Polotsk invades Prussia, Livonia and Courland

What if Polotsk invades Prussia, Livonia and Courland, is it also possible for Polotsk to gain Mazovia as a fief just like what Bohemia did to Silesia in OTL after invading Prussia, Livonia and Courland due to the Mazovian Piasts losing their claim to the throne of Poland?

The Vseslavichi divvied up their domains as was customary. It's very likely that Polotsk princes were very formative for the small principalities in Latgale and maybe even provided a model for Lithuania, but Polotsk was never a huge independent power to start with and the more it divided the more the power shrank.

Now remember that at the time the most competent warriors (the prince's personal retinue) were either local nobility or paid professionals. So the power of a particular prince often depended not only on his seat but also his own personal prestige and fortune.

Basically, it gets harder and harder as you get into the 13th c.
