WI: Polish capital in Cracow instead of Warsaw, 1918

Cracow was the original capital of Poland, it was moved to Warsaw during the PL commonwealth because Warsaw is closer to Lithuania than Cracow is.

What if the reconstitution of Poland involved restoring their original capital?

Warsaw was a central location in the country along with other advantages.
It made sense to have the capital there.

Cracow was probably more defensible from Germany and Russia.
it probably would be, but i don't think that would be enough to make it the capital, besides it's much closer to German silesia and that terrain can only take you so far, they could stall the Germans long enough for the government to flee to Warsaw though. unless you take that away Cracow would still be threatened by a revanchist Germany.
