WI:Poland has these borders

I was thinking what if Brandenburg inherited Poznan took advantage of the weakness of Poland instead of the Bohemians and have them make treaty to get Poznan from them in return of helping Poland?

Inherited from who? A treaty with who?
It is also worth mentioning that for very ling time the capital of the Polish church was in Gniezno, close to Poznań. I can not imagine any Polish duke/king giving up Poznań, a core of Polish lands. I'm not sure if he would have stayed on throne much longer.

They will retain Gniezno but not Poznan as I remember that Elisabeth Richeza was the last heir of the Greater Poland piasts and was also betrothed to one of the Ascanian rulers of Brandenburg what if the marriage between them pushed through, I am actually thinking of a scenario where in Lev I of Galicia gains Krakow instead of Wenceslaus II and the Piast dukes ask help with the Holy Roman Empire to expel Lev I of Galicia from Krakow in exchange of Poznan being ceded to Brandenburg because the Margravine of Brandenburg is a heiress of Greater Poland.
