WI Poland gets maximum borders aftef WWI and Polish-Bolshevik War

WI In Versailles Poland gets (without plebiscite) Danzig, whole Upper Silesia, southern part of East Prussia and Polish-majority part of Cieszyn (all that together would likely require British representatives get some kind of collective brain tumor, but it is hypothetically possible) and then Poles win against Soviets (in Ukraine and Belarus rather than on Vistula), getting more or less 1772 borders here (without western half of Lithuania and parts of Latvia).

Now the Poland is better off, obviously, with more industry in Silesia and not having to build a new port, but the problem is that they form national majority in such country only thanks to creative accounting. So how to make this country work?

Poland could try to create rump Ukraine under Petlura between OTL Riga borders and Dnepr, but chances of survival of such state are slim without massive Polish support.
Germans would need more time to recover without Upper Silesia and would have smaller industrial potential. If there is plebiscite in Cieszyn and Polish-Czechoslovak dispute is solved peacefully both countries could cooperate during Sudeten crisis.

If Poland starts off with better industry it could easily defeat Soviets. The question is if Poles would really want it - OTL Pilsudski could crush Bolsheviks in 1920 by taking Mozyr but he stopped. Some people say that he didn't want to cooperate with Whites because he have seen them a bigger threat (which was false) and he didn't like the Russians as they occupied Polish land for 123 years, (and after all he was socialist himself). So if Poland wants to defeat communism, they could suceed. Pilsudski had plans to make federation of Poland, Great Duchy of Lithuania (Belarus + Lithuania), and Ukraine. We also have very unstable Russia probrably allied and in customs union with Poland, so Polish Army could stay there for a few years, to stabilize situation. And about Germany - if we heave weakened Germany i dunno if there will even be a Sudetenland crisis - Hitler could just be poor painter. But if he or someone like him cames to power, I don't know if he would even suceed with remilitarizing Rhineland.
