WI: Poland and Hungary swap fates on Mongol invasion

What if Henry II the Pious decided to give up on the battle and bow down and make a tribute to the mongols(which leads to the reunification of Poland decades after and his coronation) and a year after that Bela IV is killed in action by the Mongols, how would this affect the history of Poland and Hungary

My Idea for Poland is that Henry the Pious unites and reforms Poland and Silesia becomes the Political Center of Poland later leading to the capital of Poland being moved from Krakow to Breslau, there is no attempt to Personal Union with Premyslids or rather Piast Poland annexing Bohemia briefly after the extinction of Premyslids.

My Idea for Hungary is that Bela IV dies and does not reform Hungary causing it to fall apart.

Wouldn't his legitimacy be too tarnished if he gave up on battle? Another way to accomplish it would be to let him survive the battle of Legnica. The Mongols there were only interested in neutralizing forces of realms north of Carpathian mountains, their real goal was Hungary. It wasn't a shame to lose against Mongols, almost everyone else did at that time.
If Bela dies I think that Hungarian Kingdom would be shattered and Czechs, Austrians and Bulgarians would try to fill the void. Which would really give some space for Poland to reunite and reform. Everything then depends on how the Poles deal with Mongol raid in 1259 - if they manage to repell it or at least discourage Mongols from pillaging their land (nevermind if by bending to them or by opposing them) the kingdom would gain some breathing space. And the kingdom centered around Silesia probably contest some land in Oder watershed and try to curtail Brandenburg advance. No loss of Lubusz I think which would completely change a dynamics here.

What about not fighting the Mongols and allowing them to pillage the land since he knows he will not be given aid by other powers, Daniel of Galicia kind off did this he never really fought the mongols, I think on his coronation he will be remembered as Henry II the Simple not the Pious.
