Duchy of Opole was given as lien to Polish Vasas (as compensation for unpaid dowries of Habsburg wives of Sigismund III and Władysław IV). Would Vasas survive in male line they would still have Opole in personal union with PLC, but neither Habsburgs nor Vasas (who needed some hereditary land after they lost Sweden) would want incorporation of that land into PLC, although over time it could became de facto Polish due to strong ties with PLC.
