WI: PLC with Upper Silesia

From what I remember Poland was able to get back the duchies of Auschwitz, Zator and Siewierz, is it possible for Poland to get back the rest of Upper Silesia earlier in the PLC...

Duchy of Opole was given as lien to Polish Vasas (as compensation for unpaid dowries of Habsburg wives of Sigismund III and Władysław IV). Would Vasas survive in male line they would still have Opole in personal union with PLC, but neither Habsburgs nor Vasas (who needed some hereditary land after they lost Sweden) would want incorporation of that land into PLC, although over time it could became de facto Polish due to strong ties with PLC.

I think either a marriage of Vasas and Saxons would work or a swap of Lusatia for Upper Silesia for the Saxons by Maria Theresa would work, Maria Theresa prefers to deal with her Saxon cousins IOTL rather than a Prussian, they even gave them Cieszyn sometime around the French revolution.
