WI: Pixar splits with Disney

I was doing some research for my alternate late nineties/2000s timeline when I came across this.

Quoting from Wikipedia:

'In 2003 and 2004, as Pixar's contract with Disney was running out, Jobs and Disney chief executive Michael Eisner tried but failed to negotiate a new partnership, and in early 2004, Jobs announced that Pixar would seek a new partner to distribute its films after its contract with Disney expired.'

Now, Bob Iger took over in 2005 when Eisner stepped down, and he renegotiated with Pixar; but what if he either hadn't taken over, or the deal hadn't gone through? They'd probablu try again, right? Pixar was fairly helpful in the money-making business, after all. Otherwise, what do you guys think would happen? Who would Pixar partner with? What would happen to Disney?

So, it looks like Circle 7 was working on early drafts of scripts for Toy Story 3, Finding Nemo 2, and Monsters Inc. 2: 'Lost in Scaradise', wherein Sully and Mike decide to go to the human world and give Boo a birthday present, but she's moved away.
...yeah...
