WI: Philippe I d'Orleans born a girl?

What if Anne of Austria in 1640 gives birth to a girl - say Anna-Maria de France, Madame Royale?
If Louis XIII dies on schedule (he likely will), what implications will result from:
1. Gaston d'Orleans still being heir presumptive - this time to child king Louis XIV? Will the Fronde play different (maybe with plot to kill/kidnap child king and then crown Gaston as Jean III of France (I think he'll take his second name as his regnal one cause Gaston I sounds a bit silly).
2. Madame Royale reaching marriageable age by late 1650ies and being the most obvious match for Charles II if Restoration plays as OTL. Another candidates are Leopold I of Austria and Duke of Savoy (Alphonso of Portugal is likely rejected).

Well, considering that Anne "feminized" OTL Monsieur, and treated her daughter-in-law as the daughter she never had, a Madame Royale instead, might be interesting.

2. You're disallowing for butterflies/knock-on effects, so perhaps Baltasar Carlos of Spain, Teodosio of Braganza or Ferdinand IV of Austria survives instead of dying.

IMO the most likely consequences of Gaston d'Orleans being still heir presumptive for Louis XIV as he was for Louis XIII will be... weaker and\or non-existent Fronde of Princes as Gaston's plots pissed off everyone during 1630ies and nobody will be too enthusiastic for round 2 with the same loser on top.

This means a)likely survival of Gaston's son by his second wife due to normal course of pregnancy; b) Catherine Bragansa will likely marry to Duke of Beaufort as was briefly intended in OTL when Mazarin was in exile. Given her fertility problems, nothing changes in terms of Beauforts going extinct, but Tangiers and Bombay will stay Portuguese and the dowry will be much more meager.

And for those three you listed the more suitable wife agewise will be Le Grande Mademoiselle. Though Madame Royale is also a good candidate, she's a bit too young.
