WI Philip IV of Spain died earlier

Let's say he either dies before his father or maybe a couple years after, about 1623 of 1624? What are the ramifications for Spain and other lands under Habsburg rule and also the HRE and the Thirty Years' War? Philip's younger brother Carlos was alive then and if he inherits how would he rule? I read he had some psychological problems...who would he marry? And what about Cardinal-Infante? He was probably one of the best their family had since Charles V so would he continue with his Church career just officially and rather make a secular career like OTL or maybe even going ahead and marrying as he was the heir and seeing as his brother died quite early OTL and probably won't live much longer here, maybe cardinal-infante leaves the Church to secure the future of the Spanish branch? Oh and btw the oldest daughter of Philip III was married to the French king so that might make him change his mind...
So, if anyone has some thoughts about this go ahead :D

If Carlos is as in OTL, there is going to be pressure over Fernando to end his religious career to marry and get a heir.

She would only marry a king, so Fernando could be a suitable husband for her... when he has the crown placed on his head.

Could the Austrian archduchess Maria Anna (1610-1665) be a possible match? They did love marrying their own family more then they liked the Bourbons and Maria Anna was married to the Duke of Bavaria in OTL 1635 after his first wife died. Here, Ferdinand's marriage could happen before. And does anyone have an idea how would he rule? Would he put up with the court in Madrid or rule on his own? How would it influence the Thirty Years' War?

Most likely Carlos gets married to the widowed Élisabeth, since otherwise the Spanish might have to return her with her dowry to France.

Fernando would marry Maria Anna then, as soon as she becomes nubile or he becomes king (whichever comes first).
