WI: Peter II lives longer?

In January 1730 Emperor Peter II of Russia, grandson of Peter the Great and last male of the House of Romanov died. He was succeeded by his cousin Empress Anna, daughter of Ivan V, Peter's half-brother. So what if Peter II hadn't died? What would his reign have looked like? Would he have continued his grandfathers reforms or supported the old Nobility and their ideas of government? Would the capital have remained in Moscow or would it have been transferred back to Saint Petersburg? Would he really have married Princess Catherine Dolgorukova? Would she have remained his wife when her uncle eventually fell or would we see a repeat of what happened to Peter the Great's first wife?

OK I lied Bump one more time......

And to help start a discussion, I thought an interesting POD would be to have Peter II's sister Grand Duchess Natalia survive her illness. She was known to be a good and moderating influence on him so perhaps she could become a counter wait to the various Nobles who tried to make Peter II a puppet.
