WI: Ottoman grand vizier isnt utterly incompetent at Pruth

In OTL the ottoman army had surrounded the Russians and held 3 fold superiority, but instead of pressing the issue the Grand Vizier accepted negotiations with Tsar Peter. This led to only minor concessions that in the long run meant nothing.

Lets say that in this timeline the Grand Vizier isnt an utter moron and decides to either force the Tsar to surrender or decides to annihilate his army and capture Peter.
Seeing as how Russia would later become the Ottomans biggest enemy and this was the last time the Ottomans were able to deliver a decisive blow to Russia this would have enormous consequences on the future. The Grand Vizier could have asked for a full requisition of Sweden's territory and recognition of king Stanislaus. A massive defeat for Peter likely would have meant rebellions and end in his deposition. Without his military reforms and without access to the sea this would likely set Russia back at least half a century.
This could have meant a much stronger Ottoman empire(they could probably hold back Austria judging by the battle of Grocka), a surviving Swedish empire and an independent(possibly strong) poland for who knows how long.

Thoughts?
