Operation PX was a plan to unleash biological weapons on the United States during World War 2, using aircraft launched from long range submarines. In the event of a Japanese non-surrender, what if Operation PX is modified to use bio-weapons on the Asian mainland, particularly China?

Also known as OTL.

Part of the issue with biological warfare was the poor communications/transportations meant that disease tended to be localized. Also, since China was a ground war, Japanese soldiers were also vulnerable to infection. For instance, one Japanese typhoid/cholera biological attack in Zhejiang 1942 also killed a few thousand Japanese soldiers.
